If you read the manual for it (I linked to it), and my description of what it was doing, perhaps you can shed some light on what is going on. We ran some numbers, and it looks like it should flow 1 scfm through the .060" internal orifice at a 1 psi pressure differential. That means to me that you should set the left gauge at 100 psi and read the right gauge. Whatever reading you get, that's your sealing percent. I.E., if the right gauge read 95psi, you'd have a 5% leakage rate. Since the right gauge only seems to have a 20 psi full scale reading, I don't understand how it is supposed to function. I have a couple spare gauges around I think, going to dig a 0-150 gauge up and replace the right hand gauge with that, and use the tool how I think it should function.
